Updates the
networkplugin manifest to release v0.35.0 ofdatum-cloud/network-services-operator.Every platform's download URL now points at the
v0.35.0release assets, and eachsha256was refreshed from that release'schecksums.txt. Catalog CI will validate the schema, resolve each URL, and verify each checksum.The catalog
